Mr. Ron Jones was my personal
physical fitness trainer as well
as my son's for approximately
six months until he moved to
Florida. While I wish him only
the best in the pursuit of a
career in owning a fitness
business, I'm sincerely sorry to
see him leave. Ron truly taught
me how to be disciplined in my
goals of weight training and has
afforded me with the opportunity
to gain and maintain a healthier
lifestyle. My son's soccer,
basketball and dirt bike riding
skills and abilities have
dramatically improved as he now
has greater agility, strength
and endurance to handle these
sports.
Ron is an outstanding
instructor and maintains the
highest standards in
professionalism. In my initial
consultation with him, I saw an
individual who was meticulous in
his efforts to design a program
suitable to meet my needs. I
wanted to tighten up my abs and
basically tone my body. He and I
discussed obtainable goals and
he worked around my hectic work
schedule. As a result, we met
3-4 times a week for an hour to
an hour and a half. During our
sessions, he explained each
technique, demonstrated the
process and focused on my goals
of toning and conditioning
specific areas of my body, such
as my biceps, triceps, abdominal
area and legs. He challenged me
to excel to a higher goal each
time that we met.
Ron kept a record of each of my
training sessions and at the end
of each session would show me my
results. Seeing improvement from
session to session motivated me
to continue to exercise. I was
totally blown away by some of
the things that I was capable of
doing. My overall health greatly
improved since training with Ron
and people have noticed the
positive effects of said
training. My abs, legs and arms
are toned and I feel more
confident about reaching the
next plateau of goals that Ron
set for me. Yes, although he
lives out of state, I feel
comfortable in calling Ron when
I need a more challenging
fitness routine, which he gladly
does for me. We will either
speak by telephone as I try a
new routine or he will send me
instructions on said routines.
My son's coaches have echoed the
same in that they have seen a
dramatic improvement in his
skills as a result of Ron's
training.
I have come to know that Ron
loves training people to be and
do their best in physical
fitness and in maintaining a
healthy lifestyle. I tried many
times to workout in gyms or with
other trainers and by far
received the greatest result
with Ron. I can clearly see that
Ron is a man who has immense
integrity. He maintains great
discipline in his lifestyle and
work ethic and is a highly
skilled fitness instructor. He
is also extremely conscientious
about providing the best in
service. He has excellent people
skills, actively listens and has
great insight and instinct, all
of what one would want in a
personal trainer and now owner
of a fitness business.
I wish him only the best in
his business venture and pray
that he, one day, can expand and
open a fitness center in the
State of Massachusetts.
Sincerely,
Pamela Whitaker-Gray
I met
Ron about two and a half years
ago, and from the second I met
him, I knew I wanted him to help
me train for an upcoming
cross-country season in
college.
For an
entire two months Ron helped me
with my speed, endurance, and
strategic racing, which not only
helped me grow as a runner but a
competitor as well. As a result
of Ron’s training, I had my most
successful season yet, and
finished my college career as
the MVP of my team.
Ron’s
dedication and professionalism
helped me become more motivated
and dedicated to racing as well
as training. He taught me
lessons I was and am able to
bring with me in every athletic
endeavor, competitive or not.
I highly
recommend Ron as a personal
trainer and am glad to have had
a chance to work with him.
