I began attending Boot Camp in February 2009 to help me reach my goal weight. I had already lost 100 lbs through Weight Watchers and some exercise, but had reached a plateau for several months, so out of desperation I joined Boot Camp.
I have since lost an additional 28 lbs and have toned up in ways that I could not have imagined.
The classes are intense but Ron is a motivational instructor and knows how to gently push you to achieve new goals. I am hooked on the classes now and look forward to each class. I encourage anyone wanting to become healthier, stronger and wanting to look better to attend a class, it is truly life changing.

Ron will have your body toned and loosing inches/pounds in no time and wanting you coming back for more. Ron's class is an excellent opportunity for the serious high school and college athlete who's looking to build endurance and agility.
